Cancellation Policy:

Cancel Early, Pay Less: I get it, changes happen and this do pop up however, if you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full amount.

Securing Your Appointment: Your appointment is not confirmed until you've paid the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable however, if you cancel within our policy, the fee will be placed in credit it on your account for next time.

Payment Terms:

If the appointment is cancelled outside the policy period the full amount will be charged at the time of cancellation. This payment is forfeited and does not go in credit on file

Ways to Pay: We accept payment through our approved methods; EFTPOS, cash & Afterpay
